Dancing with the Stars Week 4 Sends Home Unexpected Couple

Dancing with the Stars finished its Mariah Carey Night during week 4 of season 35 with what multiple reports called another unexpected elimination. The episode also delivered the season's highest score to date, according to People, The Hollywood Reporter, and Page Six.

The broadcast made headlines beyond the elimination itself. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba was loudly booed during the show, and at least one other couple was visibly emotional before the night ended. The identity of the pair sent home was reported by ABC News on October 7, 2026.
